Refunds & Credits

We do not offer refunds on purchases or appointments. However, we understand that life happens—credit may be issued at our discretion for use toward future services or purchases.

These credits are handled on a case-by-case basis and designed to offer you flexibility in continuing your care with us.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.
