These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between you ("patient," "you," or "your") and eCure Health & Wellness ("eCure," "we," "us," or "our"). By receiving care through eCure, whether via telehealth, in-office, house call, or through our website or mobile application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Introduction
Purpose
This document establishes the expectations and responsibilities between eCure and our patients regarding medical care, financial obligations, privacy, and use of services.
Scope
These Terms apply to all services provided by eCure in all 50 U.S. states, including consultations, diagnostics, treatment, follow-up, and patient communication.
2. Patient Rights and Responsibilities
Access to Care
Patients may schedule appointments online, via phone, or through our patient portal. Appointment availability may vary by location, provider licensure, or state-specific regulations.
Patient Responsibilities
Patients agree to:
Provide complete and accurate health information.
Arrive on time or be present and prepared for virtual visits.
Follow recommended treatment plans and ask questions when unclear.
Right to Informed Consent
You have the right to receive clear explanations of proposed treatments and must provide consent before any treatment is administered.
Right to Refuse Treatment
You may refuse treatment at any time. Your decision will be respected and documented, and your provider will discuss alternatives or consequences as needed.
3. Financial Policies
Payment for Services
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA, and select insurance plans.
Insurance Information
If using insurance, you authorize eCure to submit claims and assign benefits. You are responsible for co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may result in a $50 fee.
Late Payment Fees
Balances not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees or collection efforts. Payment plans may be available upon request.
4. Communication and Privacy
Privacy Policy Acknowledgment
By receiving care, you acknowledge that you have received and reviewed our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices.
HIPAA Compliance
We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to ensure the confidentiality of your medical information.

We may communicate with you via phone, email, text, secure portal, or app notifications. You consent to receive such communications unless you opt out.

Your medical information is confidential. We only share it with your consent or as required by law.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Non-Emergency Use
Our Services are not appropriate for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency facility.

User Responsibility

6. Intellectual Property
All content created and published by eCure Health & Wellness—including but not limited to blog posts, videos, graphics, guides, downloads, PDFs, presentations, clinical forms, social media content, and course materials—is the intellectual property of eCure Health & Wellness and is protected under United States copyright law, applicable federal statutes, and international agreements.
Ownership and Usage Rights
Unless otherwise noted, all content is the exclusive property of eCure Health & Wellness. This includes:

Arbitration
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through confidential binding arbitration rather than litigation, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

11. Additional Terms
Telehealth
